RETURNS POLICY

INCORRECT OR FAULTY PRODUCT
IF you receive a damaged or faulty product, or if you receive a product that you did not order, please notify us at pete@peaceplana.com as soon as possible (within 15 days of delivery). We will work with our suppliers to arrange for a replacement and keep you informed during the process.

 

PRODUCTS THAT YOU RECEIVED THAT ARE AS-ORDERED
If you wish to return any other item, you have 15 days from the day of delivery to send the item to:

The return will need to be packaged and delivered at your expense.

 

Once we receive the item, we will determine whether it is a new, unworn, unsoiled product in its original packaging and whether it qualifies as an acceptable return.

 

If it's approved, we will issue your refund as a digital gift card in the amount of the returned product price, plus its original shipping costs. So, if you wish to reorder the product in a different size, color, etc, you can use the card to make the new purchase. Prices and shipping costs may vary slightly, so your card may not match the price of the new order down to the last cent. 

 

A more streamlined process is hopefully to come, but please bear with us in the building phase.
